JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities mainly include teaching, planning, assessment, and mentorship. Courses/subjects included in the position are Business Economics Level 1 and Business Economics 2, Accounting 2, Entrepreneurship and Business, Marketing, and the Graduation Project. You will be part of a large team and collaborate with other educators to develop teaching within a subject team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have a teaching license and are qualified to teach economic/legal subjects. Experience working with Young Entrepreneurship is an asset. You are good at adapting your teaching to the students' needs and prior knowledge and focus on their goal fulfillment. As a person, you are attentive, flexible, and collaborate well with others. You take initiative, start activities, and achieve results. It is important that you value diversity and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect yourself and others, and take this into account in your teaching. You also understand your own role in the school and consider the best interests of the entire organization in your actions and decisions.

The recruitment process is ongoing during the advertising period, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. The position is a temporary contract for the spring term of 2026, with the possibility of extension.
